We care for patients in a medical underdeveloped region.
WE ARE CALLED TO ACT: ADVOCATING BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS IN AN UNDERSERVED REGION
Most countries in Africa are suffering from an extreme deficiency in medical specialists. For the people who live in remote areas with poor infrastructure, the situation worsens even more due to the migration of physicians into the larger cities and overseas.
We believe that access to health care regardless of nationality, ethnicity, gender or religion is a fundamental right and a prerequisite to break the cycle of poverty sustainably .
To advocate basic human rights, we serve in a rural hospital, serving a population of about 800,000 for primary health care.
